The American made 1907 Thomas Flyer is the car that actually won the 1908 Great Race that we are duplicating. A bit different from the automotive technology of today.
Think about how it must have been to drive this car from New York to Paris. No A/C, heat or GPS, no top, you were part of the elements. In addition what roads were there were wagon trails…..they basically followed the railroad as they had no maps.
