Hello everyone! Moving and starting a new job have kept me away for a while, but I’m finally starting to work on the vast amount of material I collected during our fantastic trip. I’m working on several articles that I hope to publish and I’m also giving a presentation in Everett, Washington, on April 18 at the Everett Public Library from 2 pm until 3:30 pm. If any of you are in the area, please stop by. It’s free!
Click here for a link to the announcement, titled Bad Roads, Good People.
Here’s a summary:
Location: Everett Public Library, Main Location at 2702 Hoyt Ave, Everett WA 98201
Date/Time: Saturday, April 18, 2:00 pm until 3:30 pm
Before or after the presentation, be sure to take some time to explore downtown Everett if you haven’t been there before. There’s great views of Puget Sound, the Olympics, and the Cascades, as well as lots of good restaurants (Cajun, Mexican, Sushi, pretty much anything your heart desires) and lots of good small businesses for shopping. If you’re lucky, you might get to see a brand new Boeing 787 from Paine Field flying overhead as well!
