Hemming’s Motor News Visit

As I mentioned in the last post, we had an appointment this morning with Hemming’s Motor News for a visit and tour of their Bennington, VT facility’s. Terry McGean, the Editor-in-Chief, met us and gave us a great private tour of the car museum and offices….this was one of the highlights of our world tour. In addition, we discussed the world tour with several of his people followed by a photo shoot of the Roadster, as well as photo’s of us driving on a road bypass near the office…..all in all a fantastic visit. Thanks Terry……

I forgot to include the photo in yesterdays post …..we just happened to glance down at the speedometer while stopped at a stop sign in the Boston area and couldn’t believe our eyes….the odometer was at exactly 12,000 miles

We left Bennington around noon and once again hit the Yellowstone Trail heading west….beautiful drive the rest of the day along New York Highway #5….the leaves are just starting to turn and the lakes and ponds made it picture perfect.

The Roadster is running great with no problems other than a very dirty air cleaner, which we found at a local NAPA Auto Store and replaced this afternoon.

We’re spending the night in Seneca Falls, NY…..had some great local micro brew….life is good!!!
